PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order please email us at info[at]derinaud.com with details of the item you are interested in, your name and contact details. Please do not send payment details by email. We will send you descriptions, pricing and ordering information by email or post. Once you have placed your order we will send you, as soon as possible, an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which goods you have ordered. This is email is not an acceptance by us. Please note we will only dispatch your goods once payment has been authorized by our bank. When we dispatch your goods we will send you a confirmation email. This means we formally accept your order and are obliged to complete the contract.
We are not obliged to accept your order and, for example, we will not accept your order if:
- we do not have the goods in stock
- your payment is not authorized
- there is an error regarding the price or other details of the goods; or
- you have cancelled your order in accordance with the instructions below
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish and display detailed specifications of all the products. We try to ensure all product specifications, images and other information published on our website or in our catalogue are as accurate and up to date as possible. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site and in our catalogue(s) are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. However, we cannot guarantee the liability or accuracy of this information. As such, some of the goods may be subject to variations in colour and texture.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All items are offered subject to availability. Our website only shows goods available for purchase in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. We are unfortunately unable to dispatch goods to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
PRICING & DELIVERY CHARGES
All prices quoted include VAT. The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the good has changed since. While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website and in our catalogue(s) at the time you place your order are currently available at the price shown we cannot guarantee this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered are unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible.
Packaging and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods. For orders under £80.00 the delivery charge is £5.00. For orders over £80.00 there is no delivery charge.
DELIVERY
We endeavour to dispatch all in stock items within 5 working days after your payment has been authorized by our bank. We endeavour to dispatch all made to order items within 6 working weeks after your payment has been authorized by our bank. We will advise you of this before confirming your order. If there will be any delay we will notify you as soon as possible by email or telephone. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for the goods.
We will only deliver goods to the billing address. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. All orders are sent by special delivery and require a signature on receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are returned to the Post Office which result in delay of delivery. As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods should be conveyed to us as soon as possible after delivery.
TIME LIMITATION FOR NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS
Damage in transit: if goods arrive in a damaged condition if possible make a note on the consignment or inform us as soon as possible after the delivery.
Shortages: it is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery.
Incorrect goods: it is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods within 7 days from delivery.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before dispatch. Please see our Contact Us page for our email address. You will need to give us written confirmation of your name, address and your order number to cancel your order.
If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep. If you are not satisfied with the goods or they did not meet your expectations please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To inform us of cancellations by email please send an email to info[at]derinaud.com stating "Order Cancellation" as the subject and include all correspondence. Upon written notification we will either exchange the goods or refund your money. To receive a full refund the goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. The refund does not include any return shipping costs that you incur.
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in you possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. This return policy does not apply to the following which are non-refundable and non-returnable
